By our own philosophy and by commitment to the Colombian State, we safeguard the constitutional guarantees enshrined in Article 15 of the Political Charter, which refer to the right that all people have to their family and personal privacy, and also to the possibility of knowing , update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in data banks and in files of public and private entities, the CorFomento Cultural Development Corporation governed under Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, the following Policies are proposed Protection of Personal Data.
