SOCIAL PROJECT

The Social Project #Let's get to work, arises as an initiative to integrate all the social tasks developed by the Cultural Centers of CorFomento throughout Colombia, achieving the training of committed young people and leaders, capable of creating initiatives for the benefit of the entire community.

One fact to highlight is that all the activities promoted by CorFomento are based on three fundamental pillars, society, education and culture; Therefore, young people, in addition to strengthening their sense of social responsibility, seek to encourage the recovery of values in the community and the creation of stronger ties between them.

MEDICAL BRIGADES

CorFomento's Medical Brigades are designed to provide primary health services to different communities in Bogotá, Colombia. These days are carried out in a massive way with the participation of around 200 volunteers per day, serving more than 150 people, including children and adults.

Localities such as Ciudad Bolívar, La Calera, schools and foundations have been supported. These Medical Days are carried out thanks to the support of doctors and university students who participate accompanied by volunteers and family members interested in supporting, who fulfill the task of developing recreational activities for children within the day.

RURAL SOCIAL PROJECT

Because outside the city there is also a lot to do

This activity takes place outside the urban area with a duration of 3 to 5 days, around 20 volunteers leave their city of residence eager to help others.

Hospitals, nursing homes and schools are the settings in which our volunteers (young people from cultural centers and friends) put their #Let's get to work into action.

I want to help these social projects continue

SOCIAL PROJECT IN THE CITY

Social support in the City

It is a special project that is carried out within the urban area of each city. Volunteers join forces to bring catechetical and values training classes to the communities, giving their best to be able to say # Let's get to work.

They also carry out medical conferences and restoration of facilities, in addition to sharing with local children and developing (correcting) recreational activities.
